From consulting and training to technology integration.
Where we began
Placid was established in 2018 in Addis Ababa to provide consulting and professional training to Ethiopian organizations.
Early work centered on capacity building and leadership development, including programs for financial institutions.
How we have grown
As clients began digitizing their operations, we added technology integration and educational technology to our services, working with international partners where they bring proven products or expertise.
Today Placid combines established training experience with expanding capabilities in AI-enabled learning and digital transformation.
